- 1 lb round steak
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄4 cup grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bouillon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes nutmeg
directions
- Cut beef into thin slices.
- Brown in beef and onions in the butter.
- Stir in flour.
- Cook and stir over low heat until mix bubbles and is smooth.
- Add and stir in beef stock.
- Boil 2 minutes.
- Add sour cream alternately with the tomato paste.
- Simmer and stir about 10 minutes.
- Salt and pepper.
