Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup long cooking rice (I insist on Uncle Ben's)
  • 2 cans beef consomme soup
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in 1 quart baking dish.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
  4. Stir and continue baking for additional 25 minutes.
