  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  3. Stir in oil and beer until a stiff dough forms.
  4. Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead lightly 4 or 5 times.  Don’t over do it.
  5. Using a floured rolling pin, roll dough to 3/4” thickness.
  6. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 12 squares.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
