"This recipe is essentially a standard chocolate ganache, but with reduced a rich Belgian Quadruple used in place of heavy cream."

ingredients

4 ounces dark chocolate
¹⁄₂ cup beer, preferably Belgian Quadruple
1 tablespoon butter

directions

In a heavy saucepan, bring beer and butter to a simmer, stirring until evenly combined.
Pour mixture over chocolate and stir continuously until chocolate melts and is integrated.
