  • In a food processor pulse together flour, sugar, butter and nuts.
  • Dump mixture on a cookie sheet (I use a silpat mat) and spread mixture into a 1/4 inch layer press crust together it will be very compact.
  • Bake at 350° 10 to 15 min until slightly browned. Remove and cool completely crust will resemble a large crisp cookie.
  • Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
  • Fold in Whipped cream.
  • Sread on cooled crust,.
  • Top with fruit of choice.
