Berry Good Spinach Salad

ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 5 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 6 -8 basil leaves, torn into small pieces
- shredded parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
directions
- Place spinach in a bowl and then place the strawberries over the spianch. Then sprinkle the basil over the strawberries, then add cheese to your liking. Toss with dressing.
- If taking for lunch then take the dressing in a separate container.
- If using for a dinner salad, add some grilled chicken on top!

When I made this for the 2 of us, I doubled the amounts AND THEN added another 5 large strawberries & we had a great tasting salad ~ Cool & refreshing! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
