- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 inch mozzarella cheese, 1-inch cube
- 2 inches monterey jack cheese, 1-inch cube
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, full fat
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Miracle Whip
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
directions
- Mince garlic with food processor or grater, preserving as much juice as you can.
- Heat a small pot or pan over low heat until hot. Add olive oil, garlic and salt, and cook for 1 minute. Increase heat to high, stirring and scrapping frequently. As soon as garlic starts to change colour, remove from heat and continue to stir until golden brown. Set aside.
- Grate Mozzarella and Monterey Jack in food processor until shredded. Add toasted garlic and pulse until fine.
- Add yogurt, Miracle Whip, cream, ground black pepper and sugar. Pulse constantly until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
