Best of Both Worlds Garlic Dip

  • Mince garlic with food processor or grater, preserving as much juice as you can.
  • Heat a small pot or pan over low heat until hot. Add olive oil, garlic and salt, and cook for 1 minute. Increase heat to high, stirring and scrapping frequently. As soon as garlic starts to change colour, remove from heat and continue to stir until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Grate Mozzarella and Monterey Jack in food processor until shredded. Add toasted garlic and pulse until fine.
  • Add yogurt, Miracle Whip, cream, ground black pepper and sugar. Pulse constantly until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
