  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Spread the raw rice in a 4" pan.
  • Bring the water to a boil, covered. It is important to keep the water covered so you don't lose any as it heats.
  • As soon as the water is boiling, pour it into the rice. Cover the pan tightly with a double layer of foil.
  • Bake the rice for 55 minutes, until the water is gone and the rice is tender.
  • Remove from oven. You can keep the rice in a warmer until ready to serve. Fluff before serving.
