These are so easy to make, and they're the perfect size for those times when you want a sweet snack that doesn't take a lot of time to make. They have the consistency of scones and taste like a really good Snickerdoodle cookie. We enjoyed them for an afternoon snack with a glass of spiced tea, but I could see serving them for a sweet breakfast treat. I wish I had read all of the reviews before making them though, as I agree with the reviewer who said the temperature is a bit too high (some of the bottoms got scorched). So next time I make these, I'll bake them at 25-50 degrees lower temperature and see if that still bakes the centers but doesn't scorch the bottoms. Thanks, TeresaS.

I made a homemade Bisquik mix using a recipe found on the web, and used that to make these : somehow I had expected a doughnut texture but these are more like little scones, I could easily have made them a bit bigger, but DH enjoyed putting a little marmalade in the centre and found them very tasty! Very easy to make, especially now I have my Bisquik mix stored away :) Thank you, glad to have tried these! made for Consideration Tag Game

Made for the FYC Tag Game after being sorely tempted by BK's photo, these babies were such an easy-fix & tasty treat that DH & I ate w/our coffee in the morning & as dessert at night. Taking my cue from BK, I did reduce the oven temp to 400 & I also made them tbsp-size vs tsp-size. I wonder if these would work for a small version of Monkey Bread ?? Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.

I made these quick and easy little treats for my dh for Valentines Day. He loved them, I made them exactly as written but drizzled them with a little icing sugar glaze. My dh loved them, I knew he would. Please watch your ovens, I cooked these for 6 minutes and they started to burn. Next time, I will bake them at a lower heat. Thanks for sharing.

<p>? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??</p>
