- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄2 red pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 green pepper, diced
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1⁄4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 2 dashes cholula hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
directions
- Can adjust cholula to taste, but the diced tomatoes with green chilis is what gives it the kick. Toss everything together in bowl.

My husband, son (6), daughter (3) and I live in beautiful Montana. I am primarily a stay-at-home mom, but I also do a little bookkeeping from my home as well.
