Ingredients: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened; 4 teaspoons minced fresh dill; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard; 1 dash salt & pepper; 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped; 1/4 cup chopped green onion; 5 (10 inch) flour tortillas; 1/2 lb sliced deli black forest ham; 1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese

People like the smokiness of the ham and the sweet surprise of the cherries. I apreciate the make-ahead convenience the recipe offers." I haven't made these yet, but they sound awesome."

ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 teaspoons minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 dash salt & pepper
¹⁄₂ cup dried cherries, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup chopped green onion
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
¹⁄₂ lb sliced deli black forest ham
¹⁄₂ lb sliced swiss cheese

directions

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper until blended.
Stir in the cherries and onions. Spread over each tortilla; layer with ham and cheese.
Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1/2" slices.

This is a picture of me with my oldest grandson, DJ and was taken this past summer when we went on a cruise and land tour of Alaska. I am retired after working for the same company for 25 years. My husband is a retired military officer. After the military he started working for Lockheed and is now retired from there as well. We live in San Jose, CA and have lived in the same house for over 33 years. We have two grown children and 6 beautiful grandchildren. I love to try new recipes and jazz up old ones. Taste of Home and Southern Living are my favorite recipe magazines(I enjoy reading a little bit about the people who submit the recipes). Recipe Zaar is just an incredible site. I've made many new friends since joining.
