  1. This was breakfast this morning, and I am so glad I found this recipe! It's now after 11 AM and I'm still not hungry, this shake is really filling. I froze the banana before popping it in the blender, and used soy milk instead of the dairy stuff. With summer fruits coming into season I am going to make this very often. Thanks Dancer! Addendum to my earlier review: I tried the Blender Breakfast this morning with orange juice instead of soy milk, it's not as filling. Grapes are coming into season, I can't wait to toss a few of those in there as well!

  2. Mirjam's review brought this recipe to Zaar's front page, so I looked at it, and HAD to make it right away! I too used a frozen banana, milk, maple syrup, and oat bran. Four hours later, after an hour of brisk walking, I'm still not hungry! :-) Thanks Dancer... this one is so easy, and so yummy!

  3. Wonderful recipe! Mirj's and Anu's reviews got me to make it. I didnt have bananas on hand, so I used low-fat yogurt instead and combined it with skimmed milk, honey and oats! Tastes mmmmmmmmmm:) Great to have in this summer too, what an asset to have in your cookbook! Thanks Dancer, you are great!

  4. I love it! This is sooo good Dancer! Thank you so much! I tried it with bananas and papayas. Both are delicious!

  5. Great smoothie recipe! Sweet fruity taste. Easy to make. Turned out very thick when adding frozen fruit. I used vanilla flavored yogurt and tried it once with frozen mixed berries instead of banana. Both taste good, but I liked the banana better. Next time I make this I will combine the fruits with the banana. Very nutritious, and as someone else mentioned this is a great smoothie for summer! Thanks for posting!
