Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Slice french bread on the diagonal about 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  3. Brush one side of each piece with olive oil.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes, until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with blue cheese.
  6. Just before serving, return to oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
