  • Put blueberry pulled pork ingridients into 4quart slow cooker. Low for 8-10 hours. Remove shred add back to slow cooker and mash.toss to coat in sauce.
  • Salad slice and dice veggies.cut sausage.some lemon juice on diced avacado(keep from turning brown) fry onion. Use a light dressing. Mix veggies and sausage. Put pulled pork and onions on top.
  • Serve.
