- 1 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes, and raisins (raisins can be left whole)
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, chopped
- 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange rind, very finely chopped
directions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
