  1. Served over pasta & was delish! Will finish it off with a splash of brandy right before plating next time. I really want that brandy flavor.

  2. Made this tonight and served it over pasta. I didn't have chives but that didn't matter - this was quick easy but the best part was that it was delicious!. Definitely a keeper

  3. I tried to cheat and used half and half instead of whipping cream, and smart balance margerine instead of butter, so the sauce was way too thin. It was still very flavorful though and I loved it. Served it over a bed of quinoa with roasted asparagus with feta on the side. Yum! Also, I halved the recipe and it was more than enough for two when served with a healthy amount of quinoa.

  4. Very nice flavors. Prepared as written. Served over fresh angel hair pasta with a tossed salad and bread.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
