  1. Very easy recipe. I made it for breakfast over the weekend and both my kids enjoyed it. This will become part of my regular routine.

  2. Very good recipe, did not have to increase quantities of liquids, just give it a little time to all soak in before going in the oven. Helped it along with a spoon, pushing it around a bit. Added a bit of cinnamon to the mix and a little more sugar. Delicious with the maple syrup drizzled over it! Thank you for the recipe, will definitely make it again!

  4. This was the best! I had left over fruit bread after my son had visited and it was the perfect answer on how to use it, so I omitted the raisins and the custard was wonderful. Thank you.

  5. Made this for family and friends and they loved it. Had to add extra milk, sugar and egg to cover the 6 slices of bread, but it all came out great. Haven't had it for 20 years but it was better than I remembered.
