  • In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix.
  • Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture to coat. Place in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min or until juices run clear.

  1. I found this recipe on another site some time ago. I added 1 to 1.5 tsp. of garlic powder to the Cornflake mix. I also cooked it on a broiler pan to keep the bottom from getting soggy. My entire family loves it... from the toddler in the home to the man of the house. It is easy and tasty.
