  1. Simple and flavourful. I used the optional garlic, but ran out of parmesan cheese so I had to omit that. Since I scaled it down to 1 serving I baked only 15 minutes and had this over brown rice for a healthy dinner. Thanks Dancer!

  2. This was fine and very easy to make. For us, it definitely could have used a lot more cheese. Otherwise, it was a nice, simple dish.

  3. I enjoy the flavors from this dish (4 stars from me), but my husband dislikes its texture. I guess I can't win them all...

  4. I made this for Thanksgiving lunch at work, and again for the family. Everyone said they loved it. It was very simple. I used fresh Parmesan and way more than a tsp. Maybe as much as 1/4 cup. Also, I added pearl onions to one, they were awesome! Thanks for submitting it!

  5. Man! This was soooooo yummy! I made it just for me as my main meal. I added wedges of onion and used smoked garlic. Instead of using parmesan I drizzled some sweet chilli sauce over it. Heaven!
