  1. We eat a lot of seafood and I 'm always searching for new recipes. I used Cod, and it was so good. I was out of fresh dill, so I used some McCormick "It's A Dilly, seasoning. I'd serve this to company. Thanks!

  2. I made this with cod filets and the only thing I did differently was add abit of sauteed onion in the butter which I drizzled on in the last few minutes. The flavor is outstanding, I served this with PanNan's Tartar sauce recipe #47077 for my Dad who cannot eat fish without it. I thought it was perfection without it, but still tasted it with and it was also wonderful! With Lent coming this will be repeated frequently in our house, it can be made quickly for the weeknight dinners, throw in a baked potato and your set! Thanks PanNan...a wonderful recipe as always!

  3. Quick and simple to make, lots of flavor. I increased the dill and cayenne pepper, and made the butter ahead of time and stuck it in the freezer. I used cod fillets, and cooked them in foil on the barbecue grill. I added some salt and fresh cracked black pepper. **Made for Susie's World Tour 2018**

  4. I love fish and this was a great way to cook it! I would use a bit more dill and cayenne because they added a great overall flavour. Thanks PanNan!

  5. Delicious! I heated the cast iron such that the scrod seared upon being placed in the pan; I then baked it for app. 20 mins. I recall a similar recipe growing up in New England, and this was it. Totally divine! Thanks for sharing!

Tweaks

  1. Lovely subtle flavor- I used dry Dill weed but will try this recipe again with fresh though I doubt it can get much better than last night's dinner.Fresh Lime juice instead of lemon I used Basa filet, started by baking it at 375 for 5 minutes, turned on broiler and 5 minutes later - moist tasty filet Thanks PanNan for a recipe that goes right into my Fish & Seafood cookbook
