- 1 (3/4 ounce) package instant yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2⁄3 cup water, very warm
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup pizza sauce, classico
- 1⁄2 cup chicken strips, chopped (Tyson Southwest Strips)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1⁄3 cup buffalo wing sauce, Franks
- 1⁄4 cup celery leaves, chopped
directions
- 1-Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. (I did change the sugar from white to brown). Roll out and place on pizza stone or baking sheet.
- 2-Spread pizza sauce, place chicken on, then sprinkle with cheese and drizzle on hot sauce.
- 3-Bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- 4-Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and serve with Ranch.
- *Note-another variation is to mix the pizza sauce into the wing sauce with a ratio of 2(pizza) to 1(wing).
