  • Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
  • Add onions and carrots. Cook until onions become translucent and carrots are softening, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the ground chicken, and cook until done, sprinkle in the salt & pepper & dry seasonings, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce and hot sauce; simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Add a lettuce leaf to your roll, then spoon on the chicken mixture. Top with blue cheese dressing or crumbles for serving.
  • Serve with oven fries or onion rings. YUM!
