  • Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
  • Add buttermilk.
  • Stir until mixed well.
  • Add raisins.
  • Use your favorite two crust pie crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; 30 minutes at 350.
