  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 16 ounces butterscotch pudding, Thank You Brand (canned prepared pudding)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 12 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

directions

  • Mix together cake mix, pudding and eggs until well blended.
  • Pour into buttered 9 x 13" baking pan.
  • On top, sprinkle the chips followed by the nuts and then the sugar.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  1. This is the perfect coffee cake-type treat to serve at a brunch. My church crowd really loves it. My recipe also adds 1/3 c. brown sugar sprinkled over the top of cake with the chips and pecans. Yummy!
