  • In a large, heavy skillet, heat butter,.
  • saute chopped onion until just to the browning stage.
  • Add cooked noddles to pan.
  • and cook until just turning brown.
  • Mix in poppy seeds, salt/pepper to taste, green onions.
  • Heat through.
  • Toss with chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot.

  1. This noodle dish is very different from anything we've ever had, and around here we LOVE different. We loved this and the whole bowl got sucked back like nobody here has ever seen a noodle. The flavors went together perfectly somehow. I had some doubts at first, but pffftttt....WINNER! This will be made again and again. Thanks Lori! Made for Pick-A-Chef Fall 2011.
     
  2. This is a good way to dress up plain noodles. Had all ingredients on hand. Cut it down to a serving for 2 and made for lunch. I cut back a little on the poppy seeds (personal preference). Made for Everyday is a Holiday December 2009.
