  • Put onions, tomato sauce, tomatoes, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and all the seasonings into food processor; puree for about 15 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour sauce into pan and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
  • Spread half of the sauce on the crust then lay zucchini slices and chicken. Sprinkle sausage and bell peppers on top and then spoon on more sauce and cover with cheese.
  • Bake about 15 minutes at 350°F.

  1. Great pizza. I used low fat spicy Italian chicken sausage along with chicken breasts that had been dusted lightly with cajun seasoning and browned in roasted garlic olive oil. I used half mozarella and half tex-Mex blend cheese. This will be a regular in our house for sure.

I live in california. I have three kids which are all grown now, My grandson is 7years old and the love of my life. Was a stay at home mom until my husband passed away a few years ago. Enjoy crafts, sewing (which i don't do much of anymore),and cooking. Just started to put together a family cookbook, with long time favorites from over the years. Plus I always enjoy trying new recipes. new passions are sourdough and salsas. We have a garden each year that keeps me in fresh veges for most of the summer,GREAT.
