4 pork loin chops, boneless 1 1/2 inch thick
4.92 ml salt
2.46 ml cayenne pepper
4.92 ml dried sage
14.79 ml paprika
2.46 ml black pepper
2.46 ml garlic powder

directions

Mix seasonings together and coat chops.
Grill 7-8 minutes per side.

Nice spice mix, love the sage. Bad weather kept me off the grill so had to whip out the cast iron skillet and use the "blackening" method.
