  1. Perfect blend of spices. Nothing overpowers and not too hot. Used it in a rub for flank steak. GREAT! Made for ZWT 9.

  2. Wonderful! I had Mexican oregano, but it blended well with all the spices. This is an explosion of taste. Easy to throw together and store. Nice on grilled chicken. Thanks, Charlotte, for a keeper. Made for ZWT5, Genies of Gourmet.

  3. I ran out of cajun spice and had all the ingredients for this recipe. It is very similar to the one I buy, no need for me to buy anymore. This is perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe Charlotte. Made this recipe and used it in Lorac's recipe#39087.

  4. I needed some cajun spice & only noticed at the last minute that I'd run out of store bought so threw this together. Thanks for saving my meal plans. Made for ZWT III.

  5. Made this for ZWT III and really enjoyed it. I didn't actually use it as a rub, I used it in recipe #202731 by chef #47510 and it worked really well. Since I don't eat pork or chicken I will probably use the recipe as my standard Cajun spice. Thanks a lot for posting, it was a lot easier and less expensive than going to the store and paying for a pre-mixed jar of cajun spice.
