  • CRUST:Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a 10 inch pie pan up sides also.
  • Bake 375° for 6-8 minutes or golden.
  • Remove and cool.
  • Pour caramel in bottom of crust and sprinkle with pecans,chill.
  • FILLING:In a large skillet melt butter add brown sugar,salt,cinnamon add apples cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender cool 10 minutes pour into pie shel.
  • TOPPING:With a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth add egg,lemon juice,and vanilla pour over apple filling.
  • Bake 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
  • let cool and chill 4 hours then room temp.
  • 30 minutes.
  • TOPPING:Top with whipped cream caramel and pecans and swirl with a knife.
  • Slice and serve.
