  1. Good comfort food and goes together quickly. Good new use of canned salmon, too. Thanks for posting.

  3. DH and I really enjoyed this! I used frozen peas, and didn't actually use canned salmon as I had baked salmon that I had flaked and frozen. I used Old Bay seasoning for the creole seasoning. Thanks for posting weekend cooker! I will make this again! Made for 1.2.3 Hits

  4. This was very good and slightly different than the usual "fish" casserole. I like the creole seasoning, gave it a little added punch. Wasn't quite done at 25 minutes, took slightly longer. Would make again.

  5. Loved it! Had everything on hand for a quick dinner.

Tweaks

  1. I used a small onion, milk instead of evaporated milk. Next time I'll add more cheese. I used fusilli pasta. I didn't do the topping because of the crackers, it's not my thing. But maybe it would have been great with additionnal cheese on top. Thanks weekend cooker. That's really good with salmon. I think I like the taste more than with tuna. Made for PRMR tag game
