Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (14 ounce) package caramels
  • 23 cup evaporated milk, divided
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box caramel flavored cake mix
  • 34 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 cups walnuts

Directions

  1. preheat oven 375.
  2. in med.
  3. pan add caramels and 1/3 cup milk melt on low heat.
  4. set aside.
  5. combine remaining milk, cake mix, and next 3 ingredients stir until blended.
  6. spread the dough into a 9" square pan.
  7. chill remaining dough.
  8. bake 350 for 10 min.
  9. cool in pan 5 min.
  10. pour caramel mixture over brownie layer in pan sprinkle with walnuts.
  11. spoon remaining half of dough into 9 equal portions on wax paper pat each portion into a 3" circle.
  12. place circles over walnuts in pan.
  13. bake 350 for 25 min.
  14. cool, cover, and chill before serving.
