  • Heat sunflower kernels in a non-stick skillet about 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in the brown sugar, stirring constantly until melted and kernels are coated.
  • Turn out onto waxed paper to cool.

  1. Simple but oh so good. I made these for a snack tonight. I used roasted salted seeds and Splenda brown sugar blend so I only used a teaspoon of it. I really enjoyed these.
