  • Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tuna; turn to coat; seal bag and refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
  • Lightly grease grill rack; place tuna on grill.
  • Grill approx.
  • 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes; apply extra marinade during grill time to keep tuna moist.

  1. Pretty good. Ours marinated for almost an hour and still it didn't seem very "jerky" to me. Maybe because I've had that spice mix for about 4 years... hmm. Think it's lost its potency?
