  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Saute the onion and garlic.
  • Brown the beef mince.
  • Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • If having with baked potatoes, serve the con carne on a baked potato, with garnishes if you wish.

  1. Tasty and suitable for mild chilli con carne eaters. Can substitute the can of baked beans with a can of chilli style kidney beans and add more chilli powder for more kick.
