  1. We really liked this recipe. We don't eat much cauliflower in our house, and this was a good way to fit it in. For some reason, this dish turned out weird looking for me, but if you can get over how it looks, it tastes really great!

  2. Very good dish. Thanks for posting. Have not had Cauliflower in years. Was wanting to have it for some time. Glad that this was the recipe I tried first.

  3. Wonderful. I needed something to do with a cauliflower before it went bad. This was the best thing I could have done. It went really well with fish and a salad. I really liked the dill in the recipe. Much better than a side of potatoes or rice. My family likes their carbs, they didn't even miss it. You could easily use soy flour or chick pea flour if you are trying to cut out extra carbs.

  4. Wonderful!! I didn't add the red peppers because didn't have any at the time, and it still tasted great!!!! Next time I make it I will add the red peppers because Im sure it would add lots more flavor. Thanks KITTENCAL....

  5. SO GOOD! I did make an error in preparing this however. As I was making the cream sauce I was preoccupied while stirring it (I thought it was too thick for our family and added an additional 1/2 c. cream to make the sauce more "pourable") and ended up adding 2 cups of cheese, which worked out actually fabulously as the family loves cheese. It looked beautiful and tasted even better! As I put this in the oven for Thanksgiving dinner, I told DH this is going to be our favorite dish....and it was!
