Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Arrange flowerets in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Sprinkle the onion over the cauliflower.
  6. Cover with 1 cup of cheese.
  7. Drizzle with the melted butter.
  8. Tuck in the Tomatoes wedges.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  11. Garnish with parsley.
