  • Preheat oven to 375°F Put an 11x17 inch untreated cedar plan in the oven to heat.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings over one side of the fish. Place the fish, spice side up, on the plank.
  • Bake the fish for 15 minutes, or until it pulls apart.
  • To make the relish, in a bowl, combine the tomato, capers and basil. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
