Cheerios Cookies

"I LOVE this dough raw!! ;) This recipe is easily cut in half. I have also made them with Crispix cereal (I was out of Cheerios) and added a handful of Mounds Coconut to them... really good either way!"

  1. This recipe is wonderful. I followed all directions although I used half butter and half coconut oil and made 1 1/2 tbsp balls. I did not refrigerate dough before cooking and the cookies came out perfectly in a 375 degree oven for 9 minutes. They had amazing flavour and a different crunch that is so addicting. The dough was pretty tasty too. Keeping this recipe!!

  2. Very good recipe! I omitted peanut butter, did "4 cups" of chocolate chips, baked 350*F for 12 minutes, 8 dozen cookies. You don't even taste the toasted oats cereal! Good crunch and tastes like a regular chocolate chip cookie. Thanks much Marlene! Thanks much Genius KItchen and Food.com!

  3. Great recipe! The crunch, the flavor, the texture!!!

  4. Makes a very nice cookie. You'd almost swear there were nuts in there. Definitely bake at 350*F for 17 - 18 min.

  5. These cookies are fabulous!!!! Very tasty, a lot of flavor going on with the peanut butter and chocolate chips, not to mention the cheerios. Made the whole recipe, used a small ice cream scoop, it made about 65 cookies. Pressed the tops down a bit before baking. I like my cookies crunchy so I cooked them a bit longer. They were a big hit with the kids as well as the adults!
