  1. I have made this before using cream of mushroom soup and adding frozen vegetables...peas, corn, carrots etc. and sprinkling grated cheese on top of everything. I too add onions and garlic....and sprinkle the fries with seasoning salt.

  2. Found this recipe on a WW Message board and have made it. It only called for one pound ground beef and is only 6 pts if divided into 6 servings! We will definitely make again!

  3. I got this recipe off a Weight Watcher message board and made it last night. It only called for 1 pound of ground beef. We really enjoyed it, even my very picky son who was at first upset when I told him what I was making. It was simple and had a good taste. I added some pepper and garlic to it.

  4. You know I like this one! A good one to feed to the kids!

  5. I remember seeing this in the TOH magazine but never made it until now. I also added some chopped onion and a little minced garlic to the hamburger meat. This turned out nicely and the kids were thrilled with it. We drizzled a little ketchup on top. Thanks for posting.

I live in KCMO, originally from Michigan. I'm an administrative assistant in the Internal Medicine department of a urban hospital. I married my high school sweetheart on Mackinac Island in August '02. Some of my favorite things to do...baking, snow skiing, camping, hiking, reading, and playing cards with my parents on Sunday afternoons. Someday, after we retire or win the lottery, I hope to live on Mackinac Island or in the UP of Michigan, possibly even open a B&B.
