  1. I was looking in my cookbook for something fast and easy, and I decided to try this recipe. Man am I glad I did. Reminds me alot of Hamburger Helper, but much healthier. I did add shredded cheese to my finished product. This was the fasted, easiest recipe I have tried. Even my 14 month old son ate a bunch of it. Thank you so much for sharing this easy and tasty recipe. I'm sure it will be used again several times in the future.

  2. Followed the recipe except I cooked the noodles separate and used less water. I also added salt and pepper. The next time I make this I'm going to try seasoning the beef with some onion powder or garlic powder.

  3. I had the same problem as mentioned in Ronamay's review...the pasta never seemed to get quite cooked. I kept tasting it and it was still hard. I would say that I cooked it for about 20 minutes but the pasta was still too hard and yet pasty. I am sorry, but I would not make this again.

  4. This was good! I used extra lean ground beef and added onion and shredded cheddar cheese. This was easy, creamy and tasty. Thanks for posting.

  5. Loved it! I am not a fan of Hamburger Helper, this is so much better and just as easy to make. I added onion and garlic to the meat.

Tweaks

  1. We made this the other day and all the kids loved it!! Not to mention the adults. Instead of mixing the water, soup and pasta, we cooked the pasta seperately and then added the soup to the pasta. We then added milk instead of water. We had reheats of it today and it may even have been better. The recipe will be a staple on our menu.
