  1. I used French Bread and found this to be very tasty, but exceptionally rich. The cheese was done broiling before the bottom of the bread was toasted. When I make this next time, I will omit the sour cream, use a light mayo, bake it for ten minutes and then finish it off under the broiler. Thanks!

  2. My Husband and I really liked this bread. It looked just like the picture with the specks of green from the scallions against the cheddar cheese. It was very pretty as well as delicious ! Thank you!

  3. OMG. This is a great recipe. Like **Tinkerbell** I was looking for a recipe that matched Black Angus' garlic bread and this is pretty darn close. It is a great compliment to any meal. Thanks Tee Angel for this fabulous recipe. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  4. Our favorite cheesey garlic bread is served at a steak restaurant called Black Angus. We've tried some clone recipes but they all seem to use garlic salt or powder & aren't quite right. This recipe happens to be the closest to the restaurant we've tried yet. We love the fresh garlic & that the recipe is quick & easy to put together. We'll be making it again, for sure! Thanks for sharing, Tee Angel! :) Made & enjoyed for Fall 2009 PAC-O.
