  • Saute onions in large frying pan.
  • Add grated potato and mix.
  • Set in pan in a patty shape.
  • Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
  • Use spatula to put on plate.

  4. it was great though i think the calorific value is wrong..if it's 1/2 potato with 1/2 onion and 1 oz of light cheese it would be about140 calories
     
  5. These are really good but should not be considered low-carb. Also, the calorie count is way off since no amounts were given for potatoes and cheese.
