  1. melt butter/margarine in fondue pot, small sauce pan or small slow cooker.
  2. drain, rinse and press excess moisture out of mushrooms - chop to bite size if needed.
  3. saute mushrooms in butter/margarine until warmed through.
  4. add cheez whiz, shrimp, mild green chilies and dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Heat on low stirring every few minutes until warm and blended.
