  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and puffed rice with the cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt.
  • 2. Mix well, either using a large wooden spoon or your hands.
  • 3. Add the cherries, almonds, crystallized ginger and cocoa nibs and stir to combine.
