- Stir all ingredients. ( except 2 egg whites) together rapidly and
- bake at 325° for thirty to forty-five minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and center of pie is set.
- Beat 2 egg whites with 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla.
- Brown in oven.
- Double the recipe for 3 pies.
- Set pie pan inside a baking dish with water in to bake.
