  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x8" square pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine instant chocolate pudding, flour, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
  • Stir sugar into melted butter.
  • Mix in eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in vanilla and pudding mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, miniature marshmallows, and chopped nuts.
  • Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • If cutting while still warm, use a plastic knife.

  1. Winner! Not to be disrespectful, but I actually like this recipe better than the highly rated "float your boat" brownie on RecipeZaar. It was perfectly chewy and the marshmallows almost caramelize. It also makes a nice amount for a family of four without totally pigging out. Mahalo!
     
  2. Baked mine for 33 minutes, they came out perfect and gooey! Followed the rest of the recipe except I used large marshmallows cut in quarters (which worked out really well) and I melted my butter in the microwave. Everything turned out well. These are Extremely gooey and chewy! Just what I was looking for.
     
  3. So easy and so GOOD!! Added some coconut, other than that followed directions exactly. Definately a keeper. Thanks caffeine junkie, I can see why you never have any leftovers!
     
  4. These are wonderful. I just took them out of the oven and wanted to save them for after supper, but that didn't work. This is one of the EASIEST brownie recipes and looks like I'll be making it daily for a while.
