DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter, egg, vanilla, syrup and yogurt. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan or two smaller ones for a thinner serving. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve plain or with milk and walnuts.
