  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut 4 large pieces foil.
  3. On one piece of foil place chicken and evenly divide Swiss chard and place on one side of foil.
  4. Lay chicken and 1/4 apple rings.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the next 9 ingredients.
  6. Drizzle with juice.
  7. Fold foil over and close top to hold juice in foil.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes.
