- 28 ounces enchilada sauce
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces green chili peppers
- 10 flour tortillas, shells
- 8 ounces mexican cheese
directions
- Cook the chicken and then put it in a food processor until it is really finely shredded.
- Mix the green chiles, the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese together.
- Preheat the over at 350 degrees.
- Add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of a 9x12 pan.
- Add a little of the mixture to each tortilla shell and put in the pan and then add the rest of the cheese and sauce to the top of the tortilla shells.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes covered with foil.
- Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes to help melt the cheese.
- Enjoy!
