  • Cook the chicken and then put it in a food processor until it is really finely shredded.
  • Mix the green chiles, the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese together.
  • Preheat the over at 350 degrees.
  • Add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of a 9x12 pan.
  • Add a little of the mixture to each tortilla shell and put in the pan and then add the rest of the cheese and sauce to the top of the tortilla shells.
  • Cook in the oven for 20 minutes covered with foil.
  • Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes to help melt the cheese.
  • Enjoy!
