  1. This was so easy and absolutely delicious. We put a bag of frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot on Sunday using Recipe #188329 so we'd have shredded chicken to use throughout the week. That made these sandwiches even easier! We used melted provolone instead of mozzarella, and added bacon, and put everything on brat buns. My teenage son rated it a 14 out of 10.

  2. Yummy sandwich to make with leftover chicken. I toasted the rolls in the oven before filling.

  4. MMmm enjoyed this treat. I lightly dusted the pounded breast with flour. Added some mushrooms and served it all on a hamburger bun. Served with some sliced tomato & oven fries - thanks Mini R for posting this recipe!

A people's person who never entertains one thing in life -- larger than life EGO of people. My hobbies are numerous and diverse. They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
